At this time, Empath Psychiatry is proud to offer services to persons age 15 and up. If we are not currently paneled with your health insurance provider, services will be offered on a cash-only basis. Payment is due at the time of service.

Superbills are available upon request for those wishing to submit claims to insurance providers for reimbursement of any out of pocket costs.
